Safety. Quality. Sustainability.
At Weight Engineering, HSEQ is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to the highest standards of health, safety, environment and quality, while supporting Nigerian content and capacity development.
Zero harm is our goal.
We minimise our footprint.
We deliver to international standards.
We build local skills and create value.
Safety is the first item on every agenda. We plan every task with a job hazard analysis, use permit-to-work systems, provide proper PPE and training, and report and learn from incidents and near-misses. We protect the environment by managing waste, spills and emissions responsibly.
We work to documented procedures and recognised industry standards, with inspection and test plans, material traceability and complete turnover records.
We support the objectives of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act by using Nigerian people, materials and services wherever we can, and by training Nigerian engineers and technicians.
We respect the communities where we work and aim to create local jobs and opportunities through our projects.
Through robust HSEQ systems, continuous training and local partnerships, we ensure safe operations, environmental stewardship and meaningful Nigerian participation in our projects. Every task is planned with a job hazard analysis and permit-to-work, and every handover comes with complete, traceable records.
For reliable, efficient and cost-effective engineering solutions.
